We are looking for a suitably experienced individual to fill the role of National Recall Coordinator, within our Vermont Head Office team.

Job Summary

The National Recall Coordinator role is responsible for driving customer retention, maximizing recall revenue and supporting the sales team with administration, reporting and client engagement. This role focuses on proactive recall follow up, relationship building, accurate and measurable data management that provides insights to support business growth.

Through strategic outreach, clear goal-setting, and diligent follow-through, you will directly contribute to the performance of our sales team and the future success of Trescal Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recall Management – Send email reminders and make follow-up calls and emails to secure repeat business; measured by number of recalls actioned and the conversion rate.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Provide accurate reporting of recall outcomes, including itemised reasons why equipment is not returned, to enable precise measurement of recall effectiveness and identification of lost business opportunities.
  • Data Accuracy – Ensure accurate entry of recall jobs into working document and ERP systems; measured by % accuracy.
  • KPI & Target Achievement – Consistently meet or exceed recall sales and retention targets; measured against monthly KPI dashboards
  • Customer Relationship Management – Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships; measured through customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Administration Support – Prepare reports and quotations with high accuracy and within agreed timeframes; improves sales team efficiency.
  • Goal Setting & Follow-Through – Set clear personal recall and sales goals aligned with team objectives; measured by % of goals achieved.

Experience Required:

  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Data analysis and reporting capability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Confident and proactive with outbound calls.
  • Strong work ethic, persistence, and accountability.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.

General Info:

  • Normal working conditions.
  • Flexible. Ideally located in Sydney or Melbourne. Will also consider Brisbane base.
  • Monday to Friday.
