About the role

We are seeking a reliable Production & Machinery Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team based in Thornleigh, NSW. As a full-time Production Worker (day shift), you will play a crucial role in our continued success by contributing to the efficient and high-quality production of our industry-leading epoxy adhesive solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure consistent and efficient output
  • Perform quality checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards
  • Assist with the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of production machinery
  • Prepare raw materials, mixing and batch preparation according to manufacturing requirements
  • Maintain a safe and organised work environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Contribute to the achievement of production targets and key performance indicators
  • Load raw materials and move finished goods using forklifts

What we're looking for

  • Current HRW (Forklift) Licence
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate a variety of production equipment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Some experience in warehouse operations or machinery operation
