This world famous brand are looking for their next superstar to join the Restaurant Support team at their amazing corporate HQ located in North-West Sydney (with free onsite parking).

Working 1-2 days per week you'll help ease the load and become a valued member of the team.

Working as an Accounts Advisor, your 5* customer service skills will see you become a pivotal point of contact in the national restaurant team, ensuring each venue can continue to deliver slick and quick operations.

Using your outstanding communication and strong administration skill set (for the paperwork and back end office work) your day to day tasks will see you tackle the below...
- Liaising with restaurant managers and franchise holders to schedule maintenance, or to fix broken machinery/equipment
- Logging maintenance requests through the central system
- Contacting appropriate trade contacts to enlist their services
- Ensuring that invoices sent through from suppliers are correct before passing them onto the accounts team for payment
- Maintaining strong business relationships with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure that all requests are coordinated and managed effectively
- Monitoring the central inbox account and ensuring every item is actioned in a quick and efficient manner

Essentially if something breaks, needs updating or repairing you will dispatch the right maintenance person to fix it, taking into account the location, how urgent it is, costs etc.

To be successful in this position you'll need to be great on the phone and have the ability to work quickly around a computer. Personality is everything You'll be a naturally positive, friendly and enjoy working as part of a team.
