We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at Megapoxy, a leading Australian producer of high-performance epoxy resins and adhesives. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, operating machinery, and contributing to a high-quality manufacturing process.

About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for preparing and manufacturing batches of our epoxy adhesive products in line with strict quality, safety, and production standards. This position includes physical work, machine operation, and following detailed production instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare, measure, and mix raw materials according to batch sheets
  • Operate mixing, blending and filling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor batch quality throughout the production process
  • Complete production documentation, labels and quality checks
  • Operate forklifts to move materials, with adherence to safety procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of production equipment and work areas
  • Follow all WHS, chemical handling and PPE requirements
  • Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks
  • A current forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
  • A team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
  • Good work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to quality
