Office Administrator
to support our team.

The Role

This is a
part-time role (24–30 hours per week)
with flexible scheduling — perfect for someone balancing school drop-offs, pick-ups, or other commitments.

You'll be the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly, assisting with accounts and project admin, and providing day-to-day support to the Managing Director and project team. No two days are the same, and your input will be valued as part of a supportive, down-to-earth crew.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client enquiries.
  • Capture and organise photos of jobs and project progress.
  • Update and maintain the company's social media and website.
  • Prepare work packs and project documentation.
  • Process invoices, allocate costs to budgets, and assist with accounts payable/receivable.
  • Maintain asset registers, labour tracking, and compliance records.
  • Check deliveries and liaise with suppliers.
  • Provide admin support to the Managing Director and wider team.
  • Coordinate staff training records, inductions, and compliance files.
  • General office duties to keep things running smoothly.

About You

You're organised, approachable, and confident juggling a variety of tasks. You don't need to know everything about concreting or engineering — just bring your admin skills, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous administration or accounts experience (construction industry experience a bonus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a team-first approach.
