Macleay Valley Village is a warm and welcoming retirement community where residents enjoy peace of mind, lifestyle, and connection. We're now seeking an Administration Coordinator to join our friendly team and play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the Village.

Experience in aged care or retirement communities is preferred but not essential.

About the Role

Reporting to the Village Manager, the Administration Coordinator will provide essential administrative support and help coordinate resident communications, records, and activities. You'll be the organisational backbone of the Village office, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

A minimum of 3+ years administrative experience is required for this role.

Essential computer software skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and email systems.
