With a tight-knit team of 70 staff across our site-based operations, we're proud of our values-driven approach, strong candidate care, and long-standing client relationships with Tier 1 mining companies.

We're currently seeking a compassionate and highly-driven Recruitment Officer to join our small head office team, based in Subiaco. This is a dynamic part-time role combining end-to-end blue-collar recruitment with mobilisation and ongoing candidate support.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles and labour hire positions
  • Sourcing candidates for Tier 1 mining opportunities, including Electricians, Carpenters, Plumbers & TA's
  • Support mobilisation processes such as organising medicals, training & uniforms
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates, supporting them throughout their journey with us
  • Maintain candidate compliance
  • Assist with the implementation of recruitment strategies and continuous improvement projects
  • Improve recruitment systems & create efficiencies within the division
  • 6 month fixed-term contract with the potential to extend

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience within mining or construction
  • Previous experience recruiting candidates for opportunities across Roy Hill, Rio Tinto & BHP sites
  • A compassionate, people-focused approach to recruitment
  • Ability to adapt and problem solve in a fast-paced, growing business
  • High attention to detail and strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems
  • Ability to work independently and within a small, collaborative team
