About Amplify
Amplify is one of Asia Pacific's leading creator-led marketing and entertainment companies. We work with global brands and top online creators to build campaigns, social content, and commercial partnerships that drive measurable impact. With offices across Australia, Southeast Asia, and the United States, Amplify operates at the intersection of creators, content, and commerce.
We are now building a next-generation platform that connects brands, creators, and data to simplify how influencer marketing is managed, measured, and scaled. The platform will transform how teams plan campaigns, match creators, and analyse performance.
We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead this initiative from prototype through to global rollout.
The Role
You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a new SaaS platform that enables scalable, data-driven creator marketing. You will partner with engineering, design, and business teams to turn operational workflows into intuitive, automated software that accelerates how brands and creators work together.
This is a ground-up build. You will have end-to-end ownership, from defining the product vision to delivering working features and measuring adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy, roadmap, and release plan across MVP and future phases.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from concept, design, build, test, and launch.
- Translate user research, business workflows, and data insights into clear product requirements.
- Work closely with engineering and design to prioritise and deliver impactful features on time.
- Set measurable goals for adoption, retention, and feature usage.
- Run user interviews and usability tests to validate product decisions.
- Balance technical, commercial, and user experience priorities.
- Report progress and learnings directly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure product documentation, metrics, and communication are structured and transparent.
Skills And Experience
- 5+ years in product management, ideally within SaaS, Martech, or social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social, influencer, and media ecosystems across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Proven track record of shipping early-stage products and iterating fast based on data and feedback.
- Skilled at translating complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track success metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong judgment in balancing user needs and business outcomes.
- Bonus: experience with AI-based tools, data pipelines, or payment and transaction systems.
