Service & Installation Technician - Access Control, CCTV & Nurse Call

Hitec Solutions is the leader in the supply, installation, and servicing of leading brands in Access Control, Nurse Call, and CCTV systems. We operate across aged care, retirement, and hospital sectors with a focus on reliability, quality installations, and responsive service.

What You'll Be Doing

· Install and commission Access Control, CCTV, and Nurse Call systems.

· Program and configure solutions (e.g., Austco, Inner Range, Advance Care, Caretech).

· Perform diagnostics, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance.

· Complete cabling, terminations, and fit-offs to high standards.

· Work across various building types and healthcare facilities.

· Travel to job sites across metro and regional VIC (vehicle provided).

· Participate in the rotating after-hours on-call service roster.

What You Bring

· Strong understanding of Nurse Call or Electronic Security systems.

· Hands-on experience with installation, servicing, or commissioning.

· Excellent fault-finding skills across electronic systems and networks.

· Competency in running and terminating cabling in various environments.

· Clear communication and strong customer service mindset.

· Professional presentation and positive attitude.

· Current driver's licence.

· Valid certifications: Cabling Licence, White Card, Police Check.

· Fully COVID-19 and flu vaccinated (as per DHHS requirements).
