Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve growth and recruitment targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with education agents in Australia and overseas.
  • Implement strategic marketing and recruitment plans aligned with business goals.
  • Drive international student enrolments to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance to ensure compliance with ESOS and National Code standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop creative, data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee promotional activities, events, and agent networking initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent and compliant brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
About You

You are a proactive, motivated, and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record in the international education sector.

Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application.

Essential Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree as the minimum tertiary qualification level required.
  • Proven experience in international student recruitment and agent management.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in international student recruitment required.
  • Sound understanding of the ESOS Act, National Code, and student visa regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage diverse markets and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in another language highly regarded.
