Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover.
  • Conduct professional test drives and product presentations.
  • Actively prospect for new business and follow up on sales leads.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across the entire Mazda range.
  • Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business.

About You:

  • Proven sales experience is highly regarded, although we are willing to train the right candidate with strong retail/customer service experience.
  • A genuine passion for cars and the Mazda brand is a big plus.
  • A high standard of personal presentation and a professional, friendly demeanor.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must hold a current, valid Australian Driver's License.
