- Come and join our fast Asbestos team in the Sydney Office. We are now seeking a talented and professional Law Clerk on a part time basis, 3 days per week.In this role you will assist the team in managing and progressing asbestos claims matters, as you review medical reports and prepare draft legal correspondence.- Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Communicate with clients, medical professionals and third parties
- Review, analyse and summarise medical records and other medical documents
- Preparing legal correspondence, court documents and briefs when required
- Ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations
- Working closely with the legal teams to advance legal matters for clients

**What will you bring?**
- Ideally you will have the following:
- A keen interest in personal injury law, either as a current law student or similar
- Experience in personal injury preferred but not essential
- Time management and an ability to multi task
- Outstanding oral and written communication
- Empathy and compassion
- A team player
