Law Clerk (Work & Road)

What are we looking for?

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Sydney office to join our National Work & Road team. This role will have you supporting the Motor Vehicle Accidents team on a part time basis, ideally 3-4 days per week. A great opportunity for a 2nd year law student.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Review, analyse and summarise medical records and other documents
- Preparing legal correspondence, court documents and briefs when required
- Ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations
- Working closely with the legal teams to advance legal matters for clients

What will you bring?

- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems
- Experience in legal administration preferred but not essential
