Job Description
James & Jaramillo Legal is a young and energetic law firm specializing in Criminal Law, Family Law and Traffic Law. We are located in Sydney CBD area, and are looking for a passionate, driven and detail orientated student seeking to complete their practical legal training.

Our ideal candidate understands our vision, has the same values as us and is eager to learn.

We do not expect you to know everything, but we expect you are motivated and willing to take on feedback.

We are looking for both a full-time and part-time law clerk. We find that the students gain more by undertaking the program on a full-time basis.

Our promise to our students is that you will gain real life lawyering experience. You will gain the confidence in advocacy, case management, time management and networking with different stakeholders within the profession.

Although is this an unpaid position, we are a growing firm. Therefore, there is potential for a full-time graduate position for the right person. So far, we have had two law clerks gain full time employment post admission.
