**Your Opportunity**:
As our Marketing Manager you will lead, develop and drive the implementation of an innovative global marketing strategy with an omni channel approach to maximise revenue, product sell-through and build brand fame at a global level. Oversee all marketing responsibilities and manage the yearly marketing calendar delivering an integrated 360-degree approach to all campaigns, collection launches, brand partnerships as well as any retail events and seasonal activations. You will be responsible for reviewing performance and identifying opportunities to translate insights into improvements across business performance and future projects.

This hybrid full time position can be located in Melbourne's head office or Sydney office, leading projects and collaborating people.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the global marketing strategy, yearly marketing calendar and initiatives
- Implementation of an engaging global digital marketing, advertising and social media strategy, calendar and initiatives
- Lead the marketing roadmap for all current and future projects and planning
- Deliver an integrated 360-degree approach to planning for all campaigns and season launches including but not limited to all marketing touchpoints: VM, social media, CRM, PR, media and digital
- Consistently connect with cross functional teams to support in the creation of a global integrated marketing strategy
- Foster and build on all relationships with centre management and marketing teams to best position the brand in all relevant marketing and activations in accordance to the retail calendar
- Define and execute a global partnerships strategy and program in line with the marketing and retail strategy and yearly calendars
- Define and execute a yearly event activation calendar in line with the marketing and retail strategy for the brand
- Review performance and identify opportunities to translate insights into improvements across the business performance and future projects
- Ownership of budgets, campaign performance tracking, reporting and insights across all platforms
- 5+ years experience in a similar Marketing position.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience within the Marketing discipline.
- Extensive experience in traditional marketing and digital marketing and communications with a proven record of leading large scale projects and budgets.
- Experience within a premium retail brand or a customer service focused industry would be desirable.
- Demonstrates clear responsibility for managing budgets and accountability with results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate multi-source data and draw trends translating insights into tangible results.
- Demonstrates clear decision making with excellent communication and problem-solving skills in all areas.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of emerging marketing channels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing strategies from concept to execution.
- Ability to manage high workloads, tight deadlines and competing priorities with professionalism.
- Ability to identify, prioritize and deliver high impact initiatives.
