- Base Salary + Superannuation + Company Vehicle

**About the Role**:
As the leader for our west region, you will supervise a team of 14 technicians and ensure they have the right tools, resources, and training to effectively service our customers. You will be a key part of the managing the productivity and profitability of the busy service team.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead, coach and give direction to our team of qualified field service technicians
- Facilitate on time scheduled maintenance in line with manufacturer recommendations
- Liaise with customers and resolve any issues
- Monitor and maintain condition and planned maintenance requirements of rental fleet
- Improve and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Reporting of service metrics, technician performance and KPIs
- Proactively monitor and maintain a safe workplace

**About You**:
While no two days will be the same you will need to have the flexibility to switch between administrative responsibilities and getting on the tools to help your team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a supervisory/management position within the equipment, machinery, or mechanical industries
- A mechanical trade, technical or engineering background
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse on all levels
- A strong understanding of conflict resolution and people management tools
- Competent computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite (excel etc)
