Field Service Technician

Capstone Industries is seeking skilled and dependable tradespersons to strengthen our Victoria Field Service Team, supporting ongoing growth and expanding customer commitments.
This position is mobile, based out of our Melbourne branch, but operating predominantly in Melbourne's west and southwest. The selected technician will perform on-site repairs and preventative maintenance on customer-owned materials handling equipment.
Equipment Including
- Dock Levellers
- Scissor Lift Tables
- Roller Shutters / Section Doors
- Comapctors / Bale Presses
Suitably qualified candidates living in Melbourne's western and southwestern suburbs will be considered for the role.
Qualifications & experience
Australian recognised Trade Certificate (Engineering, Fabrication, Electrotechnology).
Demonstrated experience working with hydraulics, welding, mechanical repairs, and electrics (Low voltage or high voltage if suitably qualified
Valid drivers license
Tasks & responsibilities
- Carry out on-site repairs and maintenance of materials handling equipment.
- Participate in the company's "on-call" 24/7 customer support roster.
Salary & Conditions
- Hourly rate dependent on qualifications, skills, and experience.
- RDO
- Company "Tool of the trade" service vehicle, including all tools.
- Mobile phone, uniform.
