**About the role at Lion**

You will be responsible for delivering the annual Enterprise Risk work plan across Lion’s enterprise. You will be accountable in assisting business leaders identify and assess risks and recommend solutions to better manage those risks. This includes articulating our risk appetite with appropriate risk indicators, measures, and thresholds. You will be expected to provide analysis, insight, challenge, and advice that facilitates the achievement of business objectives within an appropriate risk framework.

**Responsibilities**
- Risk Management Policies and Procedures - Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization
- Risk Identification and Assessment - Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks, and develop strategies to manage and mitigate these risks
- Risk Monitoring - Monitor risk levels and report potential risks to senior management and other stakeholders
