**What you’ll be doing**:

- Stakeholder engagement and leadership across commercial, operations and technology.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and baseline scope, deliverables, and timing of the projects.
- Ensure required resources are in place to deliver the desired program outcomes.
- Develop an integrated program schedule and actively maintain and elevate it as appropriate to the portfolio-level integrated schedule.
- Manage the relevant delivery teams (internal and external), including coaching and mentorship of team members.

This a 2 year maximum term contract role.

**You’ll be great in this role if you**:

- Are an experienced Program Manager who has delivered cross-functional customer / revenue related programs.
- Have a proven track record of building strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders, including executive management.
- Have lead and coached high-performing teams.
- Can engage and influence at different levels.
- Have strong cross-functional experience.
- Are a critical thinker, analytical and with strong forecasting skills.
- Are a self starter with strong problem-solving skills including an ability to address any issues in collaboration with others, identify and prevent potential problems and develop problem solving skills in others.
- Tertiary qualifications, ideally in the fields of Project or Business Management.
- Master’s degree in business administration or related field (desirable).
