**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We’re seeking an Intranet Content Analyst to join us full-time, on a 12 to 18 month max-term contract based in any of our Australian offices (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth).

Reporting to the Knowledge systems lead you will work to consolidate, modernise and simplify the firms Intranets. This role will be responsible for leading activities to identify, update and migrate content to the new Intranet, ensuring it is structured and categorised to facilitate effective navigation and search on the new platform. It is a functional and business-focused role, involving liaison with content owners at all levels across the firm.

**As part of your day-to-day you will**:

- Support the Intranet Working Group in defining content objectives and parameters for the new Intranet
- Engage with and support global and local content owners and key contacts in the development and migration of intranet content
- Support the restructure, re-tagging/classification and migration of intranet content
- Provide support and guidance to the global intranet publisher community
- Participate in testing of the new intranet as content is added
- Contribute to the creation, review and maintenance of training courses and materials for the intranet publishers
- Contribute to the production of on-going publisher and end-user guidance, including publisher updates, user FAQs, promotional materials etc.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Degree level qualification in the field of information or project management or similar, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with SharePoint
- Experience of content migration and using content migration tools
- Experience of web publishing and content management
- A high level of IT literacy and experience supporting users in using technology systems
- MS 365 experience
- Experience of legal know-how projects and systems (desirable)
- Legal or professional services experience (desirable)
