We are working with a leading Victorian Government Agency who is undertaking a project to implement a number of changes to their Intranet and we have an opportunity for a Change Analyst to help us deliver the project.

This role will report through to a Change Manager on the project and will be for an initial 3 months but we do expect it will go on much longer.

Specific responsibilities and deliverables will include:

- Conducting stakeholder identification, analysis and engagement and documenting business processes
- Conducting impact and change readiness assessments and determining appropriate activities
- Developing change, communications and training plans and associated documentation
- Working with stakeholders to embed the change, and
- Help to drive adoption and manage resistance across the streams of work

This opportunity will suit someone who has existing change analysis experience and is maybe looking to move from a smaller project or organisation into a larger more complex environment.

To qualify you will be able to demonstrate some experience working across the Organisational Change life cycle including:

- Developing Change Plans, adoption strategies and the like
- Developing training material and conducting and delivering training programs
- Conducting impact and readiness assessments, change and adoption strategies and communications plans
- Experience in government would be highly regarded.
