The Senior Content Producer leads a team to create effective digital content that meets customer needs and helps them find what they are looking for. Working across the Knox website, intranet and social media, this is a leadership role with 3 direct reports.

This is a full-time permanent role based at the Knox Civic Centre. We support flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs of the role are met.

This is a Band 7 classified role. Remuneration will be $110,732.77 to $124,189.64 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.

What you will bring to this role

The key selection criteria for this role are:

- Experience writing and creating content for websites, intranets and/or social media.
- Demonstrated ability to foster positive and collaborative relationships across Council.
- A passion for understanding customer needs through data and research.
- Experienced in empowering teams to deliver projects, manage risks and overcome obstacles collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve problems with a customer-focus.
