An exciting opportunity has arisen to become the Communications and Content Specialist in our Marketing Health Insurance team. Bupa has embarked on a program to evolve its health insurance business, delivering personalised, radically simple and relevant experience for customers. Reporting to our General Manager of Marketing Health Insurance, you will play a huge part in bringing Bupa’s vision to life whilst also always looking for opportunities to increase engagement. This role is all about the content, thinking big about new platforms and an unquestionable love for copy writing

You will simplify the complicated for our people and our members by creating great headlines through the internal newsletters, our customer communications, online paragraphs, and internal and external digital content pieces.

**This is a 12mth full-time position, based in Melbourne office (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home).
**How will I help?**

**You will add value by**:

- Providing communications support to the Domestic Retail Portfolio (DRP) Health Insurance (HI) Leadership Team by internal updates, newsletters/our monthly DRP newsletter, and key front line staff messages
- Turning our strategic plans into simple to digest internal and external messages for our people
- Managing the DRP internal intranet pages and updates through our internal platforms and assisting with our internal events from start to finish from invites to power points to post event engagement
- Liaise with other communications teams across Bupa to manage consistency of message and share the DRP vision and work plans
- Helping to think through the big picture and consider the user experience in all that you write

**What do I need?**

Are the sounds of communication and creating content whilst thinking big and bringing everything to life making you just want to hit apply? This is a great role for someone who is comfortable engaging with all levels of internal stakeholders and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You are a master of being creative with words and making everything simple and of course, be able to produce a wide range of communications to our people and clients

Experience with some combination of CRM systems, websites, social media, newsletters, events, and publications

Proven background in corporate communications, media, or public relations.
