We have an exciting opportunity for a **Junior Administration Assistant **to join our head office Sales Administration team in Brisbane CBD. As one of the largest developers in South-East Queensland, QM Properties prides itself on delivering exceptional quality within each community it develops.

We are seeking a self-motivated & customer service focused administrator looking to grow and develop their career in contracts administration.

Reporting directly to the Sales Administration Manager, you will be joining a friendly & supportive team in an organisation focused on creating a positive workplace culture.

**Task & Responsibilities**:

- Prioritise, process & manage contracts of sale with an emphasis on compliance
- Provide support & communication to the administration team
- Provide a high level of customer service to stakeholders
- Assist with general administration as required
- Prepare & collate weekly & monthly reports
- Adhere to organisational policies & processes
- Being an active member of our team

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous administration experience
- Proficient computer skills - MS Office Suite
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
