Our client is the Nordic region's largest furniture producer, ahead of the game when it comes to the design and manufacture of furniture products marketed under major brand names in the USA and Australia, and are one of the world's most well-known furniture labels

They have an excting opportunity for an experienced warehouse storeperson to join their team in a Supervisory role. This is a newly created role in a brand new, state-of-the-art distribution centre located in Dandenong South

Warehouse management experience is preferred, but not essential - they will train and support you on your journey

**Key points**:

- This is 30-35% desk job and 65-70% on the floor - physical work is a requirement
- SAP experience an advantage
- RF scanning experiencce an advantage
- Forklift license - requirement
- Strong team focus
- Can-do attitude
- Experience/been part of stock control processes

**Duties**:

- Set up run sheets when required
- Splitting shipments and Invoicing shipments
- Booking in shipments with Transport companies independently
- Using RF scanners for goods receipt inventory as well as for scanning out for invoicing purposes
- Confirming Chair Build numbers into SAP
- Sending out items via AUS post
- Booking in items to be sent out with TNT
- Organizing Returned Goods and processing in SAP
- Offloading containers that contain inventory and customer orders when required.
- Overseeing junior WH staff
- Loading and unloading of trucks in the correct run orders to dispatch when required.
- Scanning in Air Freight items into SAP
- Operating Forklift when required
- A valid forklift license is required
- Supervision of warehouse support staff and supporting Warehouse Manager
- Identifying process improvements

- currrent valid LF Forklift license
