Seeking a proficient Warehouse Supervisor. This role is responsible for daily organisation and supervision of the warehouse team to ensure operations run smoothly.

**Daily duties may include;**
- Participate in risk and hazard assessments and other safety related initiatives, audits and quality issues
- Lead continuous improvement of warehouse processes
- Conduct safety and operational team meetings
- Monitor and manage daily activities, development and recruitment processes for warehouse team - currently 12 -15 staff.
- Coordinate between departments to resolve day to day operational issues involving warehouse
- Assist with warehouse reporting, stocktake and inventory control
- Drive continuous improvement processes to deliver greater efficiencies in warehouse operations.

**Essential selection criteria;**
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge)
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Current Forklift Licence
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Health and safety knowledge essential
- Previous warehouse experience
