The Asset Management team is looking for the right person to join it as it expands to meet the growing
needs of the property management business.

The role is for an Assistant Facilities Manager within the facilities management team. It is a permanent
role and it will allow for the person to grow into a Facilities Manager over time.

**Requirements**:
The successful applicant will possess the following:

- A mature friendly approach to duties with a client focus and sense of urgency
- An understanding of building services and an ability to read and understand technical documents
and legislative documents
- A sense of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced role with strong time management and team work
abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good financial literacy
- Excellent IT skills

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with work requests, work orders, issuing for FM’s when they are on site, ensuring no delay
in response time for repairs/works
- Contact Contractors, chase updates on status of work orders and update FM management
software (Cirrus FM)
- Compile data into the Compliance template for each property in Cirrus FM
- Run reports from Cirrus FM when required
- Take Meeting Minutes
required, i.e. Scheduled tests etc
- On Board Contractors, update contractor/tenant contact details
- Complete Monthly Reporting when required
- Monitor, Handle FM Inbox
- Key interface between tenants, contractors and FM Team
- Help out with general ADHOC tasks for FMs
- Attend site inspections with FM’s, assist with PIM reports
