Calendar management, diary management
- Expense management
- Administration duties - organising meetings, morning teas, functions, power point presentations, preparing confidential documents, preparing agendas, and facilitating meetings
- Event management, booking travel, accommodation and car hire associated with local international meetings, conferences, and seminars
- Coordination of site tours - being the contact point for site tours and coordinating the tour, arranging the internal attendees
- General support for three departments (bulk manufacturing stream, fill finish and supply departments)
- Provide back-up for other Executive Assistants employed in the corporate office,
- Provide back-up support to the Communications team during events / busy periods.
- Recording minutes and actions
