Easy authoring is looking for a Call Centre Manager for a large Government Project.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with small and large groups.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare briefs, and correspondence, with high attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
- Self-management skills including the ability to manage own workload, work as part of a team, solve problems and work under direction.
- Understanding of, and experience with, business-critical systems.
- Experience in problem-solving, with the ability, under guidance, to make sound judgements on sensitive, complex, and competing issues.
- An understanding of Project management, including the establishment of plans, managing and reporting on progress, understanding risk and realizing benefits.
- An understanding of the issues relating to social housing and the complexities and vulnerabilities of the social housing clients.

**Desirable skills**:

- CERT IV Social Housing or equivalent, e.g., social welfare, Community work, Social Science or related discipline.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
