Our Restaurant Support Centres are made up of our Cravers, a group of customer fanatics and experts in their fields, who work with our Franchise Partners to support their success, because we know that we win together.

**About the role**
Reporting to the Red Rooster QLD State Manager, you will work closely with our Operations team, Restaurants and Franchise Partners to support them in achieving their goals. We are customer fanatics, and you will help drive this obsession by reviewing and actioning customer feedback, and providing detailed reports on this and other related operational metrics.

Our Operations team will rely on you to facilitate key meetings including scheduling, agenda management, collating any required materials, taking minutes and actions right through to resolution.

You will also provide general administrative support to the broader QLD office including assisting with travel requests, expense, purchase orders and invoicing.

**About You**

No two days will be the same in this role, so you’ll need to be a quick learner and keen to take on a wide variety of tasks. Your ability to see something needs to be done and getting on with it will see you thrive in this role.
