Maintenance Coordinator

**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Full Time Maintenance Coordinator **to join our friendly team. **Springwood Sports Club **is based in Springwood (Blue Mountains) and is a warm, welcoming, newly renovated club focusing on gathering together community, friends and family.

**Main duties of the role**
- ** General Maintenance and Repairs**: handling the day-to-day maintenance and repair work on site
- ** Contractor coordination**: liaising with, inducting and monitoring external contractors conducting maintenance/repair work
- ** Compliance**: identifying and reporting any workplace hazards or security discrepancies
- ** Budgets**: monitor the property budget for each site and process invoices
- Overseeing grounds maintenance
- Be on call for advice on emergencies as required after hours
- Project work when required

**About you**
- Some experience in the use of power tools
- Ability and willingness to operate in a fast-paced environment
- A can-do attitude with a high level of personal presentation & communication.
- A strong desire to expand your knowledge and constantly improve your skill set.
- Computer literacy
- This is a hands-on position so the ability to coordinate and carry out maintenance with mínimal impact to the business is a must

- Cost monitoring
- Patch & repair knowledge
- Painting experience and knowledge
