** Position**: Casual Support Worker.

**Location**: Two Rocks, Yanchep, Gingin and surrounds.

**Customers preferences: English first language.

**Company**: Exceptional Support 4 U Pty Ltd.

**Salary: $32 to $42/hour + Penalty rates + Super.

**Flexible hours** 5 to 20 per week.

**Essential Requirements**:

- WA Working with Children Check.
- Recent Police Clearance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- NDIS online Orientation Module & Induction Module certificates.
- A valid drivers License, your own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- A reliable phone.

**Highly valued but not essential**:

- First aid and CPR or willing to obtain.
- Previous experience as a Support Worker.
- Covid vaccinations or willing to obtain.
- Flu vaccinations or willing to obtain.
- Strong Initiative: A self-starter who begins tasks independently.
- Excellent Availability.
- Willingness to learn and implement new skills.
- Certificate III in Individual Support.

The primary role of a Disability Support Worker is to help less fortunate individuals with important basic life skills, in addition to daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, transporting individuals, socialising, similar to what people ordinarily do with their own families.

- Building a meaningful connection: As a support worker, your primary focus will be on building a strong and trusting relationship with our customers. Your patience, empathy, and understanding will be crucial as you explore ways to support them to help reach their full potential.
