Join the **Summer Home Care** Team as a Carer

Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to those in need? Summer Home Care is looking for dedicated carers with relevant certifications. Training will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared to support our participants. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Personal Care: Assist participants with showering, dressing, and incontinence care in the mornings. Support their rehabilitation and personal hygiene management.

2. Household Tasks: Help with cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

3. Appointments: Accompany participants to medical appointments.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Mandarin**
- Ability to communicate in English
- Friendly
- Excellent communication skills
- Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Individual Support, Community Service, or Disability is advantageous
- Satisfactory Australian National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain these documents)
- Current or willingness to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

How to Apply:
**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $31.46 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
