Due to ongoing business growth, Fluoro Pacific are seeking the expertise of a talented Process Worker to join our industrious and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to secure a long-term career, receive mentoring, training, and support, and play a pivotal role in the next chapter of company growth.

**Your new role**

Working n the moulding shop, this position will see you monitor, implement and validate processes in a production environment.

In pursuit of the role as described above, you will:

- Maintaining and operating all processes in the team
- Troubleshooting and meeting customer delivery expectations
- Cold forming Plastic shapes
- Operating a Hydraulic press
