We are Smart Energy. Starting with just two blokes in a warehouse in Byron Bay, we have grown to have
**18 National Sales offices and 2 International Offices including America and the vibrant UK,** all within just seven years. We take great pride in our range of products, from solar panels to batteries to carbon-neutral energy, EV Chargers and virtual power plants, which have put us at the forefront of the industry.

We are looking for
**an Internal Recruiter to join our in-house Talent Acquisition Team in our Byron Bay HQ.** Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an Internal Recruiter to hone in on their headhunting, screening and talent attraction skills. This is a newly created opportunity in our Byron Bay HQ to support Operational growth. You will have support from the wider business and will get the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders.

**About the Role**:

- Manage all Internal and Operational Recruitment as we continue to expand
- Use various talent attraction methods including LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed, UpWork and more
- Work closely with a variety of hiring managers within the Business
- Manage our External Recruitment Advertising platforms such as Seek and Indeed - Including but not limited to; costs, employer branding, employee reviews and overall effectiveness of our job ads
- Collect interview feedback and assist new recruits in their new career at Smart Energy
- Use an ATS system (We use JobAdder)

**About You**:

- A genuine passion to want to find the best talent, and to learn and build a career in recruitment
- 1+ years experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales or call centre would be ideal
- High energy and motivated
