About The Role
We're looking for an experienced
International Sourcing Specialist
to join our Talent team. In this role, you'll proactively identify, engage, and pipeline international candidates for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles across our operations.

You'll be instrumental in supporting our international recruitment strategy, partnering with Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, and migration agencies to ensure we have access to the right people, at the right time, from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and build pipelines of international candidates across a variety of platforms
  • Conduct global market research, talent mapping, and provide sourcing insights
  • Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives in overseas markets
  • Partner with migration agencies to ensure compliance with Australian immigration requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with workforce planning
  • Maintain accurate sourcing activity records and provide regular pipeline reporting
  • Coach and support hiring managers on international sourcing best practices

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced setting
  • Deep understanding of global sourcing channels and candidate engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with Australian immigration legislation and sponsorship options
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience with ATS platforms and candidate management systems
