**Your New Role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Member Risk, you will have a leadership role in ensuring that the Fund’s Member domain operates in accordance with the Fund’s Risk Management Framework.

The Member domain includes business areas such as Member Experience, Member Growth & Marketing, Member Products, Guidance & Advice, and Member Segments & Performance.

Some key responsibilities include but is not limited to;
- Demonstrate leadership both within the Risk team and towards business colleagues by proactively partnering with them to enable a robust approach to risk management.
- Manage the facilitation of risk reviews to ensure risk areas are appropriately reviewed, managed, monitored and integrated with the overall delivery of the risk framework and recorded within the GRC system.
- Provide clear and comprehensive communication of key operational risk matters to relevant colleagues.
- Drive the timely management of incidents and breach reporting requirements.
- Develop and contribute to appropriate risk reporting for Senior Management, Group Risk and Board Committees.
- Drive and support in the delivery of the risk and control testing plan for the domain.
- Partner with Group Risk on risk and control matters or changes to the Fund’s framework that impacts the domain.
- Engage with auditors as they conduct their audit testing and validate that audit findings are implemented appropriately.
- Maintain strong internal relationships across all levels of the Fund.

**What You’ll Need**
- Strong experience in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, Internal or External Audit, preferably in Financial Services
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks.
- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and the ability work autonomously when needed.
- Commercially astute and the ability to offer pragmatic advice underpinned by sound risk management principles.
