About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced NDIS Onboarding Coordinator to join our friendly team. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting new participants as they begin their NDIS journey, ensuring a smooth transition into our services through effective coordination, planning, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct participant onboarding meetings and develop individualized service plans.

Prepare NDIS budgets and coordinate funding utilization.

Complete and review risk assessments for new participants.

Liaise with participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure accurate information and service delivery.

Manage participant documentation, consent forms, and service agreements.

Maintain compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive onboarding experience.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience in a similar NDIS onboarding, intake, or coordination role (preferably within Brisbane or South East Queensland).

Strong understanding of NDIS pricing arrangements, service delivery models, and participant planning processes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, with high attention to detail.

A passionate, professional approach to working with people with disabilities and their families.

**Requirements**:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Disability, or similar (desirable).
