This position is a genuine opportunity for a senior Litigation/Construction Disputes Lawyer to forge the next step in their career towards running and developing a practice. Our firm offers a transparent pathway of progression into senior roles including Partnership.

**About the position**:
- The position will see you act for all stakeholders in the construction industry from contractors, principals, consultants and owners.
- Adjudication
- Arbitration and litigation
- Project Disputes

**Requirements**:
- 5 years + PAE
- Experience in litigation/construction disputes;
- An ability to manage own file load and to mentor junior lawyers;
- An ability to build strong client relationships.
