Our client is a leading international firm with offices dotted all over the world. They are listed as a tier 1 firm worldwide in most reputable legal directories.

**Construction Team**

The team provide advice across all aspects of the construction process, within both construction and engineering industries as well as the energy, and oil and gas sectors. Their services include both national and international procurement techniques and strategies, as well as all forms of dispute resolution.

Their client base is impressive and spans across both the public and private sector. They represent highly regarded contractors, project developers, insurers and public bodies.

**Position Description**

Due to growth, the Sydney office is now looking for a talented mid level lawyer to join their back-end practice. Given the national integration of the team, this role will see you work closely with a number of leading partners across all their Australian offices on large-scale:

- arbitration;
- litigation;
- adjudication; and
- ADR matters.

**Requirements**:
To be successful, you will be a mid level lawyer with between
**3-6 years’ PAE** in construction litigation matters.

In addition, you will have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Great commercial awareness and acumen;
- A proactive approach to work and a commitment to providing excellent service.
