We are working with a well-established & Global Manufacturing organisation located within the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney who are seeking a permanent full time Accounts Payable Officer to join the team. You will be working amongst a collaborative and supportive team environment and have ownership of the full function arena of AP

**The Role**:

- Reconcile the excel cashflow spreadsheet
- Processing of service invoices
- Processing of stock/production invoices
- Raising payment requisition on relevant suppliers
- Supplier set up and Masterfile maintenance
- Month end closing of accounts
- Assisting with statutory requirements, year end processing and audit support
- Cashflow reporting

**Your Profile**:
***
- 3+ experience as an Accounts Payable Officer
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other accounting software
- Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
