**The Opportunity**
Lotus People are excited to be working with this national and highly regarded healthcare organisation, who provide critical and meaningful health services in Australia. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their supportive and professional team with an immediate start.
**The Role**
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Running the accounts payable function
- Approving and processing of invoices
- Entering invoices into TechnologyOne
- Organising weekly payment runs
- Supplier database management and reconciliation
- Working closely with the Financial Accountant and Finance Manager on project work as required
You will be an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who can hit the ground running in this role. You will be a strong problem solver, with exceptional attention to detail and great organisational skills. You will be system savvy, able to pick up new processes quickly, and a strong team player. Experience using TechnologyOne will be highly desired.
