Parts and Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:

- Position Overview:

- The Parts and Warehouse Supervisor will be required to lead the Spare Parts sales team and the Parts Warehouse team at the Canning Vale branch. It is a combination of hands-on phone sales and warehouse operations whilst ensuring leadership tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
- Responsibilities:

- Participate in and comply with Franna’s safety first culture.
- Action daily, weekly, and monthly tasks such as: time sheets, leave approvals, objective setting, cycle counting, parts for service jobs, and forklift inspections.
- Lead the Perth team with a hands-on approach to answering enquiries regarding Franna & Terex spare parts and products.
- Responsible for courier collections and communication of any known delays.
- Assist the national team with phone system allocation, drive local sales & promotions.
- Gather customer feedback in line with the national strategy to meet revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in nationally lead meetings providing feedback on activities regarding performance, challenges and the implementation of any process improvements.
- Develop relationships with all internal departments to enhance the Franna & Terex brands.
- Participating & assisting in training, surveys, KPI reporting in line with our continuous improvement.
- Skills and Qualifications:

- Warehousing and/or leadership qualification would be preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude either Franna or any automotive industry.
- Previous leadership experience in a parts & warehouse operation (3 years).
- Current forklift licence.
- Excellent customer service skills & problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly motived self-starter.
