**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the National Warehouse Manager, the purpose of the position of Warehouse Manager is to provide effective leadership across our Western Australian Warehouse, creating efficient warehouse operations that deliver the customer experience (keeping our promises). The performance of the Warehouse must contribute to the overall performance of the Distribution Channel creating a competitive advantage for Beaumont Tiles.
This role is responsible for (but not limited to):
- Safety Leadership, Role modelling and driving continuous improvement of the safety standards of the distribution network
- Development and Implementation of Warehouse safety improvement plan
- Providing leadership and continual development of the warehouse leadership group
- Development, review and implementation of warehouse operating procedures via the Warehouse Standards Assessor role
- Management of processes that deliver the required Stock Turns
- Development, review and implementation of processes that impact both Stock Integrity and Capacity Management, Credit Returns, Stock Oddments, and Stock Clearance
- Quarterly review of WA Warehouse Performance to Key Stakeholders
- Liaise with State Managers and Retail Executives on transport strategies and effective management of internal and external expectations

Having industry experience in a similar role, you’re a confident communicator who can remain calm under pressure. You follow plans, focus on outcomes, and are meticulous with deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
