**About the team**:
Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. **About the role**:
Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain, your key focus will be to lead and optimise the end to end Supply Chain Operations, to drive excellent in store availability and minimise working capital across the network and meeting agreed working capital targets.

Leading a high performing team this role supports the Wine category. On a day-to day basis you will support the team and partner with internal and external stakeholders across our suppliers, distribution centres, merchandise teams to partner and deliver strategic objectives for the categories/ brands. The role spans across tactical and strategic work and involves working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

You’ll also:

- Identify end to end improvement opportunities, by designing supply chain solution to deliver against sales plan
- Maximise product flow from supplier to shelf, reducing waste and mark down, while developing strong strategic supplier relationships
- Minimise international shipping costs through strategic ordering
- Direct to store vendor management
- Manage or exceed Supply Chain operational targets & KPI’s
- Develop a continuous improvement culture

**About you and your skills**:
We’re after a highly experienced supply chain leader with proven success within a retail or supplier environment. You can balance the day to day priorities of the team whilst thinking long term and executing against strategic priorities.

You’ll also need:

- Strong stakeholder management skill with the ability to partner and influence across all levels
- Strong understanding of supply chain replenishments systems and of their implementation
- Change management experience and a continuous improvement mindset with a view to optimise the end to end supply chain
- Proven technical and commercial skills
- Advanced problem-solving capability, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Project management experience and ability to deal with ambiguity #LI
- Experience in forecasting/replenishment systems and implementation or large scale team change
