**About the team**:
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join the team

**About the role**:
Take ownership of the servicing requirements for our Coles Collect network that spans over 5000 truck and 140K Pallet movements. Use your Transport and logistics skills to manage day to day operations and deliver a robust growth strategy.

You will also:

- Undertake regular analysis of cost and revenue to identify opportunities and initiatives
- Contribute to our DIFOT KPI’s
- Contribute to and lead improvement initiatives across Coles Supply Chain.
- Build relationships at both a supplier & category level
- Oversee major new business implementations
- Lead a growing team and empower direct reports to achieve objectives and hold them accountable

**About you and your skills**:

- 5+ years’ experience in the transport/logistics industry
- Proven ability to deliver major business growth and transformation
- Ability to influence and great value for the BU partners
- Advanced with MS office suites, in particular excel & VBA.
- Supply Chain/Logistics qualification preferred
