As the **Advisor Skills and Jobs Centre**, you will provide a high level of client support within The Gordon Skills and Jobs Centres, including answering general client queries, providing exceptional customer service, conducting career transition interviews, advice on education, training and employment opportunities and pathways, and referral information.

Based predominantly at our Wyndham campuses, the role requires liaison with external service providers, employers and government agencies, to ensure the best outcomes for clients and be responsible for delivering presentations at information sessions, events and expos; it will require someone with exceptional relationship building skills and the ability to relate well to a diverse range of clients.

The role also requires providing Customer Service relief support as part of a team approach to quality service provision. Relief support is required across all of The Gordon’s locations, including Geelong.

**Salary**: $78,122 to $83,948 p.a (pro-rata) plus Superannuation
