**Description**

**About the role**

This hands-on position is responsible for providing a high level of support to the Head of Assistance Contractor Network through the coordination of safety, risk, and contractual activities for the provision of roadside assistance services.

The role presents an opportunity to support growth in an autonomous role with all the necessary support, you will ideally possess relevant experience in the automotive sector, with knowledge of the dynamics and requirements of managing customer expectations in a high throughput.

The position is based at our office in Eight Miles Plains with a hybrid flexible working option on offer.

**About you**
- Cert III Automotive, Cert IV in WH&S, Business, or related field
- 1 - 3 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability in dealing with internal and external customers over the phone in a large commercial environment.
- High level of knowledge pertaining to Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis
- Ability to acquire detailed knowledge of RACQ products, services, policies & systems
- Experience in standard form contracts
