**Food and Beverage Supervisor | Virgin Airport Lounge** **About Us** Virgin Lounges, including our premier Beyond Lounges, are located across Australian airports, with hospitality services by Trippas White Group. We have a strong national presence and reputation for high quality service for guests. We are looking for professional and friendly faces to join our growing team We are currently seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor with a professional manner to work within the Virgin Australia Lounge at the Melbourne Airport. We require people who are guest orientated, friendly, attentive, reliable, hard-working and have a "can do" attitude to WOW our clients in the fast-paced environment of airports. **To succeed in this role, you will need**: - Min 3 years Hospitality/Guest Services Experience in a busy environment. - Min 1 year supervisor or management experience. - Demonstrated ability to work independently - Good knowledge of OH&S and Food Hygiene requirements - Great personal grooming, presentation, and a confident and pleasant manner - Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills - Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports, presentations, and track performance. **Key Responsibilities**: - Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. - Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. - Strong inter-personal and communication skills - Impeccable presentation and grooming - Knowledge of OH&S & hygiene - Implement and uphold company policies and procedures. - Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate - Your own transportation is essential - we do provide parking - Flexible availability to work early shifts from 4.30 am, with afternoon shifts ending up to 10.30 pm on occasion - across 7 days of the week **Benefits and Culture** - Supportive and inclusive culture - A professional and safe working environment - Good employee benefits and entitlements. **Trippas White Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages Indigenous and First Nations Australians to apply.
