**The Position**:
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated hospitality professional to join the Food Services team in the role of **Food & Beverage Supervisor** at **Airport Lounge.**

As a supervisor, you will guide and lead the team throughout their shift, with overall responsibility for staff mentoring, training and morale.

**Key Duties**:

- Ability to do early morning shifts with a 4am start
- Assisting the Lounge Manager with day to day operations across all Food & Beverage.
- Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times.
- Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
- Assist in recruitment and induction of new team members.
- Handle any escalated guest complaints

**About You**:

- Have an absolute “can do” attitude.
- You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and are looking to work in a larger operation or a Team Leader ready for their next step.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, weekend and public holidays.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
